CHESTER HILL BOROUGH – The Clearfield-based state police are investigating a fire that caused approximately $1 million worth of damage early Wednesday morning to No Place Like Home Furniture, located at 124 Walton St., Chester Hill.
The fire originated at 6:30 a.m. in the area of the building that housed the furniture store. The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined at this time, state police said. The victims listed by state police were Scott and Ruthi Taylor, Greg and Leslie Gonder and Brenda Lee Blake, all of Philipsburg.
No further information was provided in the state police report.
