  • A residential alarm was listed as unfounded on Libby Lane.
  • A traffic hazard was reported on River Road, where a tractor-trailer made a wrong turn. It needed assistance turning around.

  • Someone had tobacco at a local school.
  • A suspicious male was reported along the Clearfield – Curwensville Highway. The individual was clearing brush for the property owner.
  • A suspicious female was reported at a Clearfield – Curwensville Highway business, as she acted strangely and asked a customer to watch a toddler.
  • A traffic violation occurred on Flegal Road, where log trucks had reportedly been speeding. Extra patrol will be added to this area.
  • A suspicious male was reported the former Multi-Service Center. Police located an open door, searched the building and then secured it.
  • A verbal domestic dispute occurred at the Edgewood Apartments.
  • A residential alarm was accidentally set off on Libby Lane.
  • An assault reportedly occurred at the Clearfield Area Middle School and remains under investigation at this time.
  • Another complaint was received regarding a reported assaulted that occurred at the Clearfield Area High School.
  • Police received a civil complaint regarding the possible theft of a cellular phone.
  • Police recovered property that was taken during a theft incident at a retail establishment. The suspect is known to police and charges are currently pending.
  • A stranded motorist was assisted at the Clearfield Mall.
  • Police served subpoenas for upcoming criminal proceedings.
  • Police received a call regarding information on protection from abuse orders.
  • A motor vehicle theft was reported in progress at the Lawrence Park Villages Apartment Complex. Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop along state Route 879. Since the male who was reportedly stealing the vehicle was named on the title, the matter will be referred to civil court.
  • A noise complaint was reported at an apartment complex along Susquehanna Avenue. The tenant and a guest were advised to keep noise to a minimum.
