Through investigation state police discovered that Robert Joseph Wehner Jr., 44, of Benezette was a wanted person from the state of Ohio. He was taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge George A. King. He was remanded to the Elk County Jail in lieu of $5,000 straight bail.
