No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Tuesday on Glen Hope Boulevard in Beccaria Township. Justin W. Powell, 40, of Houtzdale was traveling northbound when his pick-up truck drifted off the roadway for approximately 75 feet, where it side-swiped a utility pole. His truck re-entered the roadway and traveled another 75 feet across both lanes until coming to a rest in the southbound lane. Both Powell and his passenger were wearing their seat belts. The Irvona Fire Company assisted at the scene with traffic control.
